How It Works
If you are looking for an easy notification system for your workplace pools and events, you're in the right place. We make it easy to create a group, which is a list of users, then send notifications to that group for upcoming pools, raffles and other events.
Create A Group, Add Users
Your group requires a name, description and contact information. Once your group is created, adding users can be done two ways. First, manually add users by entering their information. Or, give them the JOIN code displayed for your group, they can text that code to our application number.
Create An Event For The Group
Next, create an event including the date, time, description and relevent information.
Notify Group Users
When your event has been created, users will be notified using the invite message you configured. RSVP status can be updated automatically with user responses or manually by the group operators. Additional messages can be sent to participants, selecting to notify all invited users or just those with a particular RSVP status.
